Classroom English - Problems & Solutions

Hello guys,

today we continued the lesson on classroom English when you have a problem in class or a question to ask. DON'T SPEAK FRENCH EVER!

Instead, use your classroom English expressions:

Problems ---> Solutions

I can't see the board.
-> Can you switch on the lights?
-> Can you step aside, please?  

I have a stomach ache / a head ache.
-> Can I go to the nurse, please?

I'm hot.
-> Can you open the window?
I'm thirsty.
-> Can I get some water, please?
I'm cold.
-> Can I put on my coat?
 

Atishoo!
-> Can I get a tissue? / 
-> Can someone give me a tissue?

I don't understand.
-> Can you repeat, please? 

Strategy:

Attention à la prononciation de la fin des phrases.

Questions en CAN -> l'intonation monte.
Problèmes -> l'intonation descend.

Homework:

- apprendre la leçon.

- actualiser le carnet de vocabulaire.
- remplir le tableau phonétique avec des mots de la leçon (au moins 5 mots par ligne du tableau).

- Continuer à réviser pour le Spelling Bee. L'évaluation aura lieu en tout début de semaine prochaine.
