Whose pet is it?

Hi guys,

today we first made a recap of we had learned before about the presidents' pets and how the word "teddy bear" was created from Theodore Roosevelt.

Then we continued the lesson with some riddles, clues and answers about some pets. You had to read a text and guess what pet it was about thanks to some clues.

Finally, you listened to a conversation in class about the pupil's pets. Here is what we wrote:

Sharon's pet is a kangaroo. It has got 2 short legs and 2 long back legs. It's exotic. It comes from Australia.

Julie's pet is a cat. It likes drinking milk and he loves eating fish. It has got 4 legs.

Rob's pet is a fish. It's a very quiet pet. It's exotic and it lives in warm water.

Vocab:

an enigma / a riddle = a clue + a clue + a clue ... = an answer!
