Understanding the video - School System in Britain

Hi guys,

today we finished watching the video about schools in Great Britain. We completed the worksheet and we wrote the following lesson:

Tuesday, December 18^th

School system in Britain:

Students have school from Monday to Friday. Class starts at 9 o'clock. Before class there is registration and assembly.

Pupils can study a lot of subjects / topics.

For example, they can study foreign languages. Most students study French but some study Italian or Spanish.

School ends at about 4 o'clock.

In the afternoon, they do activities (sport or music).

Vocab:

Most students study French = the majority of students study French (about 90%)

Some students study other languages = about 10%

ABOUT = to express an approximation

- apprendre la leçon sur le système britannique avec les différences par rapport au système français.

- savoir dire l'heure et son emploi du temps (y compris les différentes matières étudiées).

- devoir de séquence sur l'école et l'heure (JEUDI)
