Then we started a new lesson about Harry Potter. You had to listen to the very beginning of this video and spot out the missing words that were "Harry Potter".

Finally we studied a quick grammar point on the present perfect. Here is what we said:
Les compléments du present perfect et ses valeurs: For 13 years old ... : Cela fait ... Since the 1st book came out ... : Depuis ...
Since + cpmt (= date, point de depart) For + cpmt (= durée). On peut traduire ce complément par "cela Fait..." Notion/valeur : bilan HW: complete the vocabulary exercise on the worksheet I gave you.

Well well... I do have to admit I didn't like the novels but I'm still interested in the phenomenon! :)<br />
We didn't and we are not going to study with 2nde 2 freshmen extracts from the books. Just a video about J.K. Rowling and the publishing success Harry Potter.<br />
