But, Of course, I'm kidding.
Then we continued on working on our text dealing with Ana. You did quite a good recap of what we had said in the previous lessons. Good job!
Finally, we corrected the first parts of the worksheet I had given you before the vacation. And we particularly commented in the end about the differences between her present job in the US and her former job in Mexico. Here is what we said:
She works a lot. She is overworked. She works straining hours. It was eight times what she earned in a sock factory. Voc: Salary / Wages / Income
HW: for tomorrow, don't forget your essay. For next tuesday, you have a worksheet to fill in (Unit 2 ex 1 & 2). Also remember that on Jan. 20th, I'm expecting your "type bac" exercises. Make sure, you know your lesson on immigration too since we have nearly finished the study of our text on Ana... it means a test is coming up!
