Classroom English + Guess who ?

Hey,

today we studied a little bit of new classroom English expressions so that you can express yourselves in English as often as possible in the class.
Among the new expressions were :

Dire qu'on ne sait pas :
- I'm afraid I don't have a clue.
- I'm sorry I can't answer.

Si l'on ne sait pas "non plus" après qu'un camarade ait répondu, on ajoutera "either":
- I'm afraid, I don't know either.

Vous trouverez à la fin de votre manuel et ici une copie de "classroom English useful exprepssions".

Vous avez déjà au moins 4 années d'anglais derrière vous, il faut maintenant confirmer mais surtout ETOFFER votre vocabulaire.

Here are some new words that you got to learn while doing the second activity :

- Clumsy : maladroit, empoté
- Greedy : gourmand, qui aime manger
- (to) be adapted from... : être adapté de (un roman par exemple).

Si vous souhaitez modérer vos propos, vous pourrez faire appel à l'adverbe : "rather" (plutôt, assez)
- "My character is rather small and really clumpsy" (mon personnage est plutôt petit et vraiment maladroit).
