As for the recordings of your students, I'll be glad to hear what they are like. We didn't<br /> record the students' presentations. We had so many things going on at the same time on that day with so many groups doing so many different things that I haven't found the time to record anything<br /> but to make a picture of each final dish. It was a real SUCCESS and the students were really able to communicate and explain what they had done and how they had done it, comment on their<br /> "candidate", explain the history of their dishes... etc... I'll be posting the whole "sequence" very soon on the blog in the teachers' corner.<br /> <br /> <br /> However, I do have some videos of the dishes in the making but I haven't asked my students yet whether I could publish them.
