<br /> REPORT OF TRAINING COURSE<br /> <br /> COMPANY BTR<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Pupil in 2nd year of the year 2009/2010, the school asks us to realize 1 training course a year all in all 2 training courses for two years. Here is thus the report of my second training course for<br /> year 2008/2009 in a very interesting company<br /> <br /> I made my training course of 4 weeks for BTR a company which has for activity:<br /> <br /> Building - Works - Renovation.<br /> <br /> BTR is one small firms of 13 employees situated to Villejuif in 94.<br /> <br /> The company of Portuguese origin includes 1 manager, 1 Director, 1 Commercial, 1 Works Foreman, 1 Assistant of Management, 8 Workers<br /> <br /> I was during this training course the assistant of the assistant of management.<br /> <br /> She my learnt and helped to make my actions such as:<br /> <br /> * Treatment of the commands (orders) customers:<br /> <br /> It is the very difficult spot which took me a lot of time to realize.<br /> This spot consists in establishing estimate for customer<br /> <br /> *The budget of expenditure (calculation of costs):<br /> <br /> This spot is very long because it is necessary to calculate all the expenses of every employee in the company a month: gasoline (essence), restoring, car park, other.<br /> <br /> * Hiring of an employee:<br /> <br /> This hares is funny and serious same time.<br /> <br /> Funny: employees are serious and nervous during the interview;<br /> Serious and delicate: you should not make a mistake on the person has to recruit otherwise it harms has the company and in its smooth running.<br /> <br /> These actions were in full responsibility. I was autonomous in all what that I made.<br /> <br /> CONCLUSION:<br /> <br /> During this training course, I realized not enough action but I learnt many things on all the software used to realize my actions. I was able to turn to good account my knowledge and to help<br /> several times the assistant of management when she had a problem with the software for the Exel Spreadsheet for example.<br /> <br /> After this training course, I was able to realized that I would not be assistant of management because it not me interhook not really but I do not regret having made this training course and this<br /> BTS because I learnt many thing and I was able to learn around me what I taught to the school and in training course.<br /> <br /> <br />
