We first did a quiz on Wh words.

Then we used the oral document about New York's population to find out the reasons why the
Chinese and the Europeans immigrated to America, and we said that:

The Chinese came to America to work on railways lines and in mines.

The Europeans immigrated to America to escape Nazi persecutions during WWII
Of courses all this is to be learnt

They immigrated after the civil war,to work.

2.What did the Europeans immigrate to America for?
They came after or during or before W.W.II(World War Two) to escape Nazi persecutions.
