Oliver Twist - The movie poster

Hi guys,

today after making a quick recap of yesterday's lesson, we continued talking about Oliver Twist.

Here is what we said:

The document is poster of the movie "Oliver Twist" created by Roman Polanski and adapted from Charles Dickens's novel.

It is a terrible / sad / depressing story. It's the story of a poor orphan.

In the picture, Oliver is running because he has stolen a shop. The shop owner is chasing him but Oliver is fast. Maybe / Possibly, he will not be arrested.

Vocab:

- (to) chase / (to) steal [stole / stolen] / a bandit / a thief

Finally we completed exercise #3 p. 46.

- pour mardi: faire l'exercice n°4 p. 46 au crayon à papier dans le cahier.
