Oliver Twist - at the book shop

Hi everyone,

today we watched the last movie scene we are going to study. It's the part at the bookshop when the boys steal a handkerchief. Oliver is accused and arrested.

Here is what we said:

The man was reading a book when the thief stole his handkerchief.

The shop owner was shouting when the thieves ran away.

The thieves and Oliver were running away when people began to chase them.

Oliver was running away when a man punched him.

He was bleeding when he said: "some water" and the policeman woke him up. 

Oliver was saying "some water" but the policeman understood "Sam Waters".

They were speaking when Oliver fainted and the shop owner arrived.
