New York City VS London - Which is the greener?

Hey guys,

after quite difficult a start, we finally managed to have some of you talk and express your very interesting ideas about what projects you could implement in your city (i.e. London or NYC) to make it greener and solve some of the problems causing environmental issues.

As a consequence of this debate, a mayor and a deputy mayor have been elected and will have to present their projects to journalists in a press conference taking place this next Thursday (Nov. 10th).

Those who haven't been elected will turn into journalists, asking tricky questions to the mayors to make sure that all the problems are dealt with and that there is no incoherence in the projects (how to finance them, if the targets are accurate, ...).
