Junk Food Heaven - continuation of the text

Hey,

today we first warmed up about the school courses. Here is what we said:

Before English, we take / attend an economic and social science studies course. Lisa finds it uninteresting. So far, we have only studied accounting. Julie shares her opinion. As for beatrice, she doesn't agree.

Then you had to complete a vocabulary test. The results are NOT very good!! You need to work more and learn your vocabulary by heart!

Finally, we continued speaking about our text and Bill Bryson. We tried to understand why he loved junk food so much and what was funny in the text. Here is what we said:

Bill Bryson feels ill-at-ease / uneasy.
He doesn't want to admit to his wife that he loves junk food.
He is scared of her reaction. He knows she disagrees with him. His uneasiness is funny.
The text is humourous.
For twenty years, Bill hasn't eaten such cereals / Bill's wife hasn't allowed to eat junk food / Bill has been forbidden, that's why he now craves for junk food.
