I am Canadian - Commercial

Today,

first, we spoke about stereotypes about Canadians and here is what we wrote:

Canadians are said to eat a lot of maple syrup.
Canadians are known to be good wood-cutters / lumber jacks.
Canadians are believed to have a special accent.

Then, we commented on a commerical for a famous Canadian brand of beer and we continued speaking about stereotypes.

Here is the video again:

and the worksheet:

"yet to be uploaded".

Here is the rest of today's lesson:

--> the document is an advertisement / a commercial
At first, we thought it was a commercial for tourism in Canada or a campaign against clichés.
But it is actually a commercial for a brand of beer...

--> why tourism ?
beaver, landscapes, flag, boots.
hat -> toque: special vocabulary.
He is proud of his culture and his difference.

I'll see you tomorrow.
