The document is a newspaper article from Metro published on September, 16th 2010. It was written by D. Attevil. It is about obesity and more precisely the problems of plastic surgery. The picture depicts a man before and after he underwent surgery. We can see he has lost weight. However, he is now in pain / in agony when he eats. He suffers from his gastric band operation.
