Emergency! There is a fire downstairs!

Hi guys,

today after taking your flash test, you had to comment on different emergency situations - when to call 999 (in the  UK) or 911 (in the USA). I gave you a document to read and understand.

Then we listened to an emergency situation, a call to 999.

Here are the notes you took:

- Who? = a woman

- Where? = in the UK (accent + 999)   /  Down the stairs (fire)  / in her room in her apartment.

- When? =  ....? -> in 4 minutes.

- What? = fire / smoke

           -> Close the door

           -> put something under the door

           -> open the window

           -> scream for people to see her

(- How...? not in the copybook yet:

           panicking because she can't breathe / she has difficulty breathing)
