I taught you how to analyse the text and the questions before answering.
You absolutely need to:
- Read the text once without stopping on the words you don't understand. Stop and underline what you do understand and you think is important.
- Read the questions a first time and try to understand the text better. The part dedicated to written expression is often a good guide to understand the general meaning of the text.
- Read the text a second time and hightlight all the information related to characters, space, time, feelings, actions... that you understand even if you think it is not important at the beginning.
- Concentrate on your questions thanks to what you have highlit.
Don't forget to:
- Make short sentences and justify your choice when asked (quote = citer + indiquer le numéro de la ligne. Attention ! Ne citez que ce qui est important. Il ne faut ni en mettre en trop, ni en mettre trop peu. Si vous devez couper une citation, ne mettez pas les mots importants dans les points de suspension!).
