  1) Strike at  Mail Service Provider (Laposte) by Jeremy Adam

 On the 22nd of  September they was a strike in France.  Laposte workers and trade unions were on strike for three reasons :
First, Trade unions denounced the fact that people get no replacement when they retire
Next, there is a reorganization of Laposte and people resent it
And then, Laposte is going to be privatized.
2) The H1N1 flu by Joanna Algain

  Flu is spreading.
Because of this pandemic Kindergarten, primary school, middle school and High school classes are closed in France.
There are  several cases of the swine flu in France.
After the death of a 26 year old young man last week.  More and more people are getting scared...

The sources were a problem. This gave me the opportunity to remind you that your sources must be in ENGLISH and coming from quality papers or magazines. We made a list of US and British Quality papers you can read...


We did not have time to go further.


Homework for next week: In your English books read and learn pages 132,133 and 134 + vocabulary.

Take a look at that commercial! Post me comments to sum up in one or two sentences what this is about.... Due before Tuesday September 29, 9pm.
